Well, I guess now it would be a PGA tour beard, since the Flyers took the Capitals out of the playoffs.

No one has done it since “Magnificent Mario” in the 95-96 season, but it looks like Alex Ovechkin finally break the 60 goal barrier this season.
After last night’s game, Alexander has 57 goals, so unless something goes terribly wrong in the last few games of the season, it is a pretty safe bet that he will be the next 60-goal man.
I am happy that it is him, and I hope he brings home the scoring championship too, because there is something about Evgeni Malkin that I don’t like.
Ovechkin just loves the game of hockey, and no one deserves to get the big 60 right now more than he does.
